Corporate philanthropy and corporate social responsibility
Whether you’re a private individual, a major corporation or a decision-maker from Gabon or elsewhere, you can help us make this pilot project a lasting, sustainable success, by making a financial contribution, donating equipment or any other form of participation – donations, patronage, skills sponsorship, corporate social and environmental responsibility – all of which can encourage you to take action.
Today, the company is a place of vitality and shared values. It’s up to you, employees and managers, to take action and enable your company to get involved in causes that are close to your heart: there are three types of sponsorship: financial sponsorship, sponsorship in kind, and sponsorship of skills.
Financial sponsorship: your company can make a donation to support the foundation in developing its medium- and long-term projects for the benefit of young people and their families, and their inclusion in Gabonese society.
Sponsorship in kind You can help us by making an in-kind donation of computer and office equipment, clothing, specialized equipment, foodstuffs, etc.
Sponsoring skills : You can set up a skills sponsorship program with the New Horizons Foundation, covering all the skills and expertise available within your company. The idea is to make employees of your company available to develop projects of general interest, for their legal, organizational and communication skills, at the service of the HLF project. Corporate social and environmental responsibility is a concept born in the 1960s, whereby companies integrate social, environmental and economic concerns into their activities and into their interactions with their voluntary stakeholders. Companies can mobilize their employee volunteers in projects contributing to the implementation of sustainable development objectives. Your company can mobilize its employees around the project of access to education and professionalization for young people with visual or intellectual disabilities.
