Our partners
To carry out its project, the New Horizons Foundation works in collaboration with national and international institutional partners.
Its natural partners are the full members of the Board of Directors, who drive and direct public policy in areas of direct interest to the Foundation’s project: the Ministries of the Interior, National Education, Vocational Training, Social Affairs and Health, as well as the Libreville municipality.

- The Institut National des Jeunes Aveugles (INJA), a French national educational establishment under the authority of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health, based in Paris.
- ACODEGE, a child protection association founded in 1942 and based in Burgundy Franche Comté, France, develops activities in the fields of disability and social care.
- Nantes-based VOXIWEV has donated specialized equipment for the WISI facility.
- The Pluriel Foundation, based in Besançon, supports people with disabilities.
