Governance
The New Horizons Foundation has adopted a governance structure adapted to new challenges.
Created as an association in 1996 and recognized as a public utility in 1998, the Foundation wished to take on full Foundation status, as permitted by law. Thus, since January 24, 2019, new bylaws and internal regulations have been adopted, a new board of directors has appointed its president in the person of Ms. Yacine BONGO and an executive director, Ms. Stella IGNOUMBA.
